Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and project documentation.
  • Support site teams with permits, manpower records, safety, and compliance documents.
  • Maintain accurate reports and assist in tracking project progress and resources.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to provide timely updates and support.
  • Manage inquiries and provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry requirements.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Possess a valid Welder Certificate.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in administration support and customer service, preferably in the construction and process industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
