Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level front office administrative support to the Commodities Trading and Sales team at Goldman Sachs. The role supports a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and requires an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will work alongside an existing administrative assistant and support a dynamic team of 10+ front office professionals. Given the nature of the desk, minimal training will be provided, and prior relevant experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities . Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Commodities Trading and Sales team . Manage complex and high-volume calendar scheduling for multiple stakeholders . Coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments across different time zones . Prepare, submit, and track expense claims (extensive experience required) . Support travel arrangements and logistics when required . Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders . Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks in a fast-moving front office environment

Requirements . 3-5+ years of relevant front office administrative support experience . Proven experience supporting a dynamic front office environment of 8+ stakeholders . Extensive hands-on experience with expense submission and reconciliation . Strong scheduling and calendar management expertise . Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and training . Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills . Professional communication skills and ability to manage sensitive information
