Administrative Assistant (Food-Manufacturing firm in Woodlands Loop)
Key Responsibilities
- Issue invoices and follow up on customer orders
- Manage inventory records and processes
- Receive incoming stock and supervise stock-out procedures
- Assist with managing e-commerce inventory and order fulfilment
- Provide general administrative support
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Organise and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
Education and Experience Requirements
- Secondary / Diploma equivalent education required
- 1 year of administrative assistant experience
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
Job Type: Permanent Part-time (8.30am to 1pm) or Full-time (8.30am to 5.30pm) 5 Days in office
