Key Responsibilities:
. Handle general day-to-day administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments.
. Respond to general enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
. Prepare and manage Stall Tenancy Agreements.
. Assist in the application and renewal of relevant licenses (SFA, HSA, SPF).
. Maintain and update records for tenancy agreements and all regulatory licenses.
. Monitor and update stall rental information accurately.
. Schedule and coordinate exhaust system cleaning.
. Liaise with Operations and Accounts teams to ensure smooth coordination and follow-ups.
Requirements:
. Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
. Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
. Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently with initiative.
. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
. A team player who is dependable and takes ownership of assigned tasks.
