Key Responsibilities
Handle customer chats and enquiries across e-commerce platforms in a polite and timely manner.
Assist with order processing, order tracking, and basic delivery coordination.
Update and maintain product listings, prices, and stock information on e-commerce platforms.
Support refund, return, and exchange requests according to company guidelines.
Assist in simple content updates such as uploading product images, banners, or promotional visuals.
Monitor online orders and flag issues such as delays, missing items, or system errors.
Provide basic administrative support including data entry, record keeping, and report preparation.
Coordinate with internal teams (Warehouse, Delivery, Sales) to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with major online marketplaces is an advantage.
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
5.5-day work week: Mon-Fri (8am-5pm), Sat (8am-12pm).
