Position: Administrative Assistant, 3 months contract role / URGENT
Job Responsibilities
- Retrieve and maintain hard copies of Rental Agreements in accordance with company procedures.
- Compile required documentation and submit to the insurer via email in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the insurer to address and resolve any issues related to missing or incomplete documents.
Job Requirements
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel & Word
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
Working hours: 5 days work week, Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 05:30pm
