St George's Church is a vibrant Anglican multicultural community in Singapore.
We are looking to hire a dedicated and service-oriented individual to serve as Administrative and Operations Manager. This role supports the overall operations of the church. The ideal candidate would be aligned with our mission and values and possess strong organizational andcommunication skills. They should be proficient with office software, think strategically and be able to problem-solve. Key qualities include attention to detail, ability to multi-task and strong interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities:
. Oversee daily operations, facilities and admin team
. Manage HR functions
. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
. Coordinate events, vendors and office activities
Requirements:
. A Diploma/Degree in Business Administration with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
. Strong spoken and written communication skills are required to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
. Ability to work independently.
