Job Description

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting functions
  • Generate sales invoices
  • Update trade debtor listing
  • Key in supplier invoices and reconciliation of vendor SOA and clarify discrepancies with suppliers
  • Handle staff claims and intercompany transactions
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Update month end inventory and reconcile inventory movement report
  • Reconcile and maintain balance sheet account
  • Preparation of month end closing and journal entries
  • Organizes and maintains files and records, scanning supporting documents
  • Assist with specific administrative responsibilities Including but not limited to depositing checks, Courier and mailing arrangement .etc.
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned
