Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative & AccountsAssistant to support daily accounting, administrative, and operational duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic accounting data entry and handle simple AR & AP tasks
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, receipts, and payments
- Handle front desk duties (answer calls, attend to guests, manage incoming mails)
- Manage office supplies, pantry items, and track utility/office expenses
- Monitor vehicle records (inspection, road tax, insurance, COE) and track related expenses
- Manage PPE inventory, perform stock checks, and coordinate replenishment
- Issue Purchase Orders and support procurement, plus other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC / Diploma / equivalent
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
- Singaporeans / PRs preferred
Salary: $2,200 - $3,000 (depending on experience)
