Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily administrative and office operations
Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures
Supervise administrative staff and manage work schedules
Handle HR administrative matters such as attendance, leave, and staff records
Manage office supplies, vendors, and service contracts
Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence for management
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Support management in coordinating meetings and company activities
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 2-5 years of relevant administrative or managerial experience
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Experience in HR or operations support is an advantage
