Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily administrative and office operations

  • Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures

  • Supervise administrative staff and manage work schedules

  • Handle HR administrative matters such as attendance, leave, and staff records

  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and service contracts

  • Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence for management

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations

  • Support management in coordinating meetings and company activities

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant administrative or managerial experience

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

  • Experience in HR or operations support is an advantage
