Job Description

Working hours and location:

9:00am to 6:00pm

Raffles Place (5 mins walking distance to MRT)

Responsbilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage office facilities, including space planning, equipment maintenance, and security.
  • Coordinate with building management for any office-related issues or maintenance.
  • Itinerary planning for overseas guests/meetings
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Maintain and update office policies as necessary to comply with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management and improvement plans.
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
    Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
