Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Administration Executive to support administrative and accounting functions within the built environment sector. You will assist with daily office operations, documentation, and coordination of services.
This role is based in our AMK office and offers valuable exposure to administrative and accounting processes in a vibrant organisation with a rich history spanning across four decades.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office administration and documentation
- Maintain records, filing, and data entry
- Support invoicing and basic accounting tasks
- Assist with coordination of products and services
- Prepare reports and administrative documents
- Provide administrative support to internal teams
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements
- Qualifications in related fields (Business / Accounting)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant administrative or accounting experience preferred
