Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, and fluent in Mandarin (to coordinate with the paperwork and internal stakeholders), with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling, filing, data entry, and document handling
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate tasks, follow-ups, and project updates
- Assist in the preparation and organization of reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Ensure smooth documentation flow and maintain accurate records
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as required to support daily operations
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Fast learner with a proactive and can-do attitude
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Prior admin or office experience preferred but not required
