Job Description

Working Hours: 4 hours/day, Monday to Friday

Location: Suntec

Duration: 6 months

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, and fluent in Mandarin (to coordinate with the paperwork and internal stakeholders), with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support including scheduling, filing, data entry, and document handling
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate tasks, follow-ups, and project updates
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Ensure smooth documentation flow and maintain accurate records
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as required to support daily operations

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Fast learner with a proactive and can-do attitude
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Prior admin or office experience preferred but not required
