Job Description

JD for role Administration and Operations

. Co-work with Fund Administration on:

- Preparation of data to be sent to Fund Administrator for NAV Reporting

- Review of Quarterly Investor Reports prepared by Fund Administrator

. Audit Liaison

. Liaison with relevant service providers on regulatory filing matters

. Prepare and circulate Investor Reports

. Investor onboarding

Accounting

. Preparation of transaction records in excel spreadsheets

. Coordinate and dealing with external outsourcing team to submit invoices/billings/receipts for monthly account reporting

. Carry out Bank accounts reconciliation on monthly basis

. Processing and Reimbursement of Travel & Expenses claims

. Ensure timely payments to vendors and employees

. Manage cash flow

. Liaison with auditors

. Checking of Corporate Tax Filing details (prepared by outsourcing firm)

HR

. Organizing and maintaining personnel records (leaves, work schedules)

. Assist or Process preparation of HR documents

. Develop and Maintain Corporate policies with the Management

. Process Onboarding of new hires

. Liaise with external outsourcing team for payroll purposes and leave management application

. Process Payment of Employee Salaries

. Coordinate and liaise with Agent / Headhunter for recruitment if any

Legal

. Support on the execution of agreements

. Liaison with legal consultants on the preparation of agreements, dispute resolution

Business Administration

. Book Flights and Hotels arrangements

. Book conference calls, meeting rooms

. Support of customer hosting events

. Management of subscriptions

. Provide adhoc administrative, operational and secretarial support to the management team. These activities may range from admin work to preparation of presentation materials and other documents.

Treasury

. Support the execution treasury activities as instructed by management

. Account opening with brokers or exchanges

Qualifications:

. Open to learn and listen to challenge in Venture Capital Startup firm focused in Blockchain

. Team worker with outstanding communication and organizational skills

. Proactive Team leader with strong positive attitude.

. Having 3-5 years of working experiences in Fund Administration and Finance and Accounting.
Bachelor's degree required or ACCA or equivalent

. English speaking (native)

. Singapore resident

. SGD5,000-SGD10,000/month (depending on experience and skill set), performance bonus 0-3 months (KPI-based)

. Work in Office 5 days a week.
