Job Description

Requirements

Essential

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) - both are required for this role due to the bilingual nature of client and partner communications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant, executive secretary, or office management role

  • Experience in at least one of the following: corporate secretarial firm, immigration or visa services, EP application agency, or family office environment

  • Strong multitasking ability with excellent deadline management and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common communication tools including email and WeChat

  • Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to work with minimal supervision

Advantageous

  • Familiarity with Singapore government portals: MOM myMOM Portal, ACRA BizFile+, GoBusiness, IRAS myTax Portal, MAS MASNET

  • Experience supporting senior executives or founders in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of compliance documentation, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) frameworks, or KYC processes

  • Proficiency in Cantonese is an advantage
