Essential
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) - both are required for this role due to the bilingual nature of client and partner communications
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant, executive secretary, or office management role
Experience in at least one of the following: corporate secretarial firm, immigration or visa services, EP application agency, or family office environment
Strong multitasking ability with excellent deadline management and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common communication tools including email and WeChat
Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to work with minimal supervision
Advantageous
Familiarity with Singapore government portals: MOM myMOM Portal, ACRA BizFile+, GoBusiness, IRAS myTax Portal, MAS MASNET
Experience supporting senior executives or founders in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of compliance documentation, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) frameworks, or KYC processes
Proficiency in Cantonese is an advantage
Competitive salary: SGD 2,800 - 3,800 / month, commensurate with experience
