Job Description:

To support the Training Department to deliver smooth operation to BS Training Centre. Reporting directly to the Administration Manager, Admin / Technical Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day support & serving of different requirement which includes issuing of certificate & regular housekeeping.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of course material for daily class
  • Taking candidates photo & copy of identify card on the first day of class
  • Handle license card printing daily
  • Tracking and issuing of license card to candidates upon completion of course
  • Assit in collection of SSG requirement certificate from candidates
  • Housekeeping task (stationery, laptop etc)
  • Activity reports to Administration Manager / Operation Executive

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Assist to keep the office area, classroom area, pantry and dining area clean
  • Assist to housekeep classroom and practical area
  • Assist to maintain the training equipment in working condition


  • 6 days work week
  • Able to understand and speak English
  • Basic education with basic computer knowledge
