Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level IT support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for the maintenance of computer equipment and software programs.
  • Set up laptops for training sessions or online meetings (for colleagues using desktops).
  • Manage and maintain IT inventory, ensuring proper tracking and record-keeping.
  • Perform monthly hard disk swaps.
  • IT Set up for new hires and employees on business travel, ensuring all required access and functions are properly configured.
  • Support IT onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Manage IT procurement, including obtaining vendor quotations and preparing purchase orders for new computer or IT-related equipment as needed.
  • Perform SAP parts creation.
  • Perform ad hoc IT or system-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • GCE N Level or above
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support, system administration.
  • Possess good interaction skills and able to communicate with people at all levels.
  • Strong coordination and multi-tasking skills
  • Able to work fast pace environment and complete assigned tasks within schedules.
  • Responsible, committed and independent
