Job Description
- Corporate Secretary Duties (Incorporation and Secretary documents preparation, KYC and customer due diligence check, Secretary documentation filing)
- Data entry
- Perform admin duties.
- Payroll calculation, CPF submission, Personal income tax submission
- Provide ad hoc duties assigned by head of department
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
- Willing to learn, hardworking, independent, self-driven and able to work under pressure
