Support daily activities of the Team Leaders and project teams
Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, records, and reports.
Coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings, setup virtual meetings via Teams
Receive guests and arrange meeting rooms, refreshments and presentations
Handle travel arrangements - flight reservation, hotel accommodation
Coordinate the availability of resources, equipment, and materials required for project execution
Coordination and compilation of bid documents, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications, preparation of presentation materials, reports, specifications, fee & submission proposals for the project team
Monitor and track status of projects
Ensure compliance with company policies and project procedures.
Any other admin tasks assigned by Team Leaders
Job Requirement
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity
Previous experience in supporting engineering project teams is preferred
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good initiative, well organized, meticulous and able to work independently
Proficient in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Ability to start work immediately or within short notice is highly advantageous
