Job Summary
Support human resources and recruitment operations by assisting with candidate screening, maintaining employee records, preparing work permit documents, and managing daily HR tasks with confidentiality and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Assist in screening candidates to identify suitable applicants for recruitment processes
- Update and maintain accurate employee records to support HR operations
- Prepare and organize documents required for work permit applications and renewals
- Handle confidential information with discretion to protect employee and company privacy
- Support daily HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow and compliance
- Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) to create and manage HR documents and reports
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and data management
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to facilitate HR processes
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficiency in computer skills eg. chatgpt,email & software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Welcome students looking for internship programme
- Good communication skills to support HR and recruitment activities
Other Information
- Location: Kaki Bukit
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Internship allowance/salary negotiable based on experience and portfolio
- Exposure to real-world HR and recruitment workflows
- Potential for full-time employment based on performance
- No experience is require, training will be given
