Role : Admin Support Analyst

  • Work Location: Punggol
  • 1+ year of total working experience
  • Provide administrative support to department examples of duties include Contract management approvals
  • Onboard and off-board of employees
  • Handling of internal approval requests
  • Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Coordinating with Procurement for timely renewal of Maintenance and License contracts
  • Tracking of eMemo/Contract activities
  • Raise a case with Supplier and follow-up for tech support
  • Raise a Remedy request for control-m changes
  • Track the invoices and payment
  • Liaise with procurement for vendor contract renewal
  • Track CAPEX and OPEX (Capital & Operational Expenditure)
  • Setup of meetings, capture minutes, follow ups with teams as required
