Job Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office & able to communicate with external client on phone.
- Able to work in a multi nationalities organisation of various department.
- Neat in filing & record.
Job Responsibilities
- To make arrangement with client / apply permits for installation & delivery
- Prepare Delivery order / distribute job sheets to various department & filing
- Work closely with production department on required items to install / delivery date
- Perform ad hoc admin duties assign (apply workers for courses / renew expire equipments / arrange of drivers for pick up / collections / deliveries)
- Tracking & Record of stock items in and Out
