Job Description

We are seeking to hire admin support to assist company operations. We are a factory that design, fabricate and install signage.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office & able to communicate with external client on phone.
  • Able to work in a multi nationalities organisation of various department.
  • Neat in filing & record.

Job Responsibilities

  • To make arrangement with client / apply permits for installation & delivery
  • Prepare Delivery order / distribute job sheets to various department & filing
  • Work closely with production department on required items to install / delivery date
  • Perform ad hoc admin duties assign (apply workers for courses / renew expire equipments / arrange of drivers for pick up / collections / deliveries)
  • Tracking & Record of stock items in and Out
