We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Support professional to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and data entry tasks, including filing, handling enquiries, and managing pantry supplies and stationery
- Answer phone calls and attend to walk-in and online enquiries
- Prepare delivery orders and shipping documents coordinate outgoing and incoming shipments
- Issue PPE, t-shirts, access cards, and other office-related items
- Provide overall administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Carry out any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum relevant certificate or diploma
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice is an advantage
