ADMIN SUPERVISIOR

Perfection J TCM is a beauty salon located at Jurong West.

We are looking for Full Time Administraton Executive.

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily office and administrative operations of a company. They ensure smooth business operations, manage office staff, coordinate departments, and maintain company policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage daily office administration & operations. Supervise administrative staff and office assistants
• Handle office facilities, maintenance, and suppliers
• Prepare reports, schedules, and company documents
• Coordinate HR, Recruitment, Budgets, petty cash. etc
• Maintain filing systems and company records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Support management with operational and administrative tasks
• Provide support for office administrative duties, data-entry, answer phone/email and filing of documents.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

REQUIREMNT

1. Professional Certificate in Business administration, Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
3. Proficient in MS-Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Able to multi-task, problem solving and meet deadlines.
5. Good communication, leadership skills
