Job Summary
You will provide administrative support by managing customer correspondence, coordinating work schedules, assisting permit applications, and supporting business units to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer and operational data accurately using CRM systems to support business processes
- Edit PDFs and perform administrative tasks efficiently using full MS Office applications to maintain smooth operations
- Communicate professionally with customers through emails, WhatsApp, and media platforms to build positive relationships
- Prepare and process invoicing accurately to support financial transactions
- Manage incoming and outgoing sales records to maintain accurate documentation
- Adapt to changes in work processes and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
- Follow up and coordinate permit applications for operation staff to ensure compliance for site work
- Collaborate with team members using a buddy system to improve teamwork and productivity
- Coordinate work schedules across all levels to maintain smooth workflow
- Support other business units by completing assigned tasks to meet organizational goals
- Work independently to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Learn new skills quickly and maintain a mature, pleasant demeanor in the workplace
Required competencies and certifications
- Computer Literacy
- Edit PDF capability is a must
- N/O levels or equivalent educational qualification
- Proficient in full MS Office applications (excluding speed typing)
- Eligibility to work in Singapore without a work permit
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least 2 years of continuous employment experience in administrative work related to the business
Other Information
Work Schedule
- Five-day work week
- Working hours: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (official end time 5:45 pm)
- Probation 3 months
Salary & Benefits
- $2,500 to $2,900 (subject to experiences & capabilities)
- 14 days annual leave, capped at 21 days
