Admin & Sales Coordinator

Admin/Sales Coordinator (Singapore)

We're looking for an organized, people-savvy Admin/SalesCoordinator to keep our operations running smoothly and support our sales andclient-facing efforts. Bonus points if you're already comfortable using AItools to work smarter and faster.

What you'll be doing

Admin& Finance

• Manage day-to-day office and finance/admin operations
• Prepare supporting documents for Finance processing and prepare accounting records/Finance with Finance AI software for Finance/Management review
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics for events/projects
• Maintain proper document filing and records
• Handle correspondence and general admin support across the team

Sales& client coordination

• Support the sales process - proposals, quotations, follow-ups
• Coordinate with clients on project timelines, deliverables, and enquiries
• Maintain and update client records/CRM
• Assist in preparing sales materials, decks, and reports

AI& efficiency

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude, scheduling assistants, CRM automations, etc.) to speed up admin tasks, drafting, and follow-ups
• Keep learning new tools to make daily work more efficient
• Bring ideas on where AI can save time across admin and sales workflows

What we're looking for

• Diploma in Business Admin, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in admin/sales support (adjust based on seniority you want)
• Comfortable with or keen to learn AI tools as part of daily work
• Strong communication skills - confident liaising with clients, vendors, and internal team
• Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
