Job Scopes
- Perform a range of administrative and operation support to the team to facilitate the efficiency of the Sales department.
- Support overall day to day operations to ensure all administrative tasks are completed to keep department running smoothly.
- Handle sales order log in, issue invoice, DO and PO.
- Work closely among departments to ensure order fulfilment.
- Managing inventory and ordering suppliers for the company.
- Support the Sales team with daily tasks and follow-ups.
- Coordinating logistics and arrangements for deliveries, and other operational activities
- To liaise with supplier, follow up shipment status and freight forwarder/supplier for shipment arrangement
- Assist in full set import/export shipping documents.
- Assist in documentation works to upkeep the record in accordance to GMP guidelines.
- Performing other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in admin and sales coordination
- Preferred Diploma holder or minimum GCE O level.
- The ideal candidate is a nice, friendly person, able to multi-task and work independently.
