Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Admin:

  • Responsible for daily project reception, including visitor reception and meeting arrangements.
  • Able to accept flexible working hours in view of job needs.
  • Manage procurement, payment, distribution, and registration of office supplies for the project.
  • Coordinate with the projects and various departments from headquarter in China, ensuring the communication and implementation of documents, prepare & provide all the requested documents by China headquarter.

2. Safety:

  • Assist in project safety-related work, including on-site safety inspections and data collections.
  • Responsible for the preparation and submission of monthly safety reports, as well as data entry into relevant online systems.
  • Assist in coordinating with the safety department at headquarter in China, communicating and implementing safety management documents & requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above.
  • Candidates with valid driving license is preferred.
  • Familiar with construction project admin processes.
  • Experience in reception work in Chinese Company is preferred.
  • Able to communicate with the Headquarter in China and prepare the necessary documents/ reports as per HQ request.
  • Working Location: East
  • 6 days work week
