Apart from our ready to wear collections, we design and handcraft our bespoke pieces with the impetus of personifying the individuality of our clients, balancing both form and function. All bespoke pieces are made to measure and hand crafted in Singapore.
Job Summary
Support daily shop operations by managing administrative tasks, maintaining jewellery displays, and providing professional customer service in a fine jewellery retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing documents, welcoming customers, and answering phone calls to ensure smooth shop operations
- Provide professional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and assisting with their needs to enhance their shopping experience
- Clean and arrange jewellery displays to maintain an attractive and organized shop environment
- Perform basic housekeeping duties to keep the shop clean and safe for customers and staff
- Enter data accurately into relevant systems to support shop records and inventory management
- Complete any other ad-hoc duties assigned to support the team and shop functions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity in all work activities
- Maintain a positive working attitude and show willingness to learn new skills
- Apply good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Communicate fluently in English and Mandarin to assist a diverse customer base
- Possess a minimum of GCE O level qualification or equivalent
- Open to entry-level candidates eager to start a career in retail jewellery
- Available to work a 5.5 day work week: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm Saturday, 10am to 2:30pm
