Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Relationship Manager to assist in meeting application process
- Develop and maintain understanding of dealer or agent base
- Perform as key contact for dealers or agents for documentation follow up
- Initiate activities to ensure on time and scheduled responses to customers and dealers or agents
- Alert Relationship Managers for any potential delays
- Assist Relationship Managers to attain approval on new applications.
- Evaluate customers applications and conduct phone calls to confirm data where necessary
- Conduct searches for mandatory information to analyse customer's situation and vehicle details.
- Perform execution of documents and disbursement duties for approved applications
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Experience in Motor industry preferred
