Working Hours: 44hrs per week
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support patient admission, discharge, and transfers
- Handle ward administration, documentation, and filing
- Manage meal orders, charge forms, and supply requests
- Perform reception and frontline counter duties
- Answer calls and coordinate with internal/external parties
- Prepare admission and discharge documents
- Update hospital system records (charges, diets, porter, housekeeping)
- Dispatch patient documents and manage planned admissions
- Cross-cover other wards when required
- Perform minutes writing and other ad-hoc admin duties
Requirements:
Education
Minimum one of the following:
- GCE O / N Level
- Higher NITEC / NITEC
- Diploma (any discipline)
Experience
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Experience in hospital administrative work is an advantage
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented and service-driven
- Able to handle confidential information responsibly
