Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin & Operations cum HR Officer to support the company's daily administrative, HR, and operational functions. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating internal processes, supporting recruitment and HR activities, maintaining company records, and assisting with corporate reporting such as sustainability and marketing updates. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure to business operations in a growing renewable energy company.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Administration & Recruitment Support

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.

  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with proper confidentiality and document control.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employment documents and orientation arrangements.

  • Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.

2. Administrative & Operations Support

  • Manage general office administration including filing, documentation, correspondence, and office supplies.

  • Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and company events.

  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to support daily operational requirements.

  • Ensure company records and documents are properly organized and maintained.

3. Documentation & Compliance Support

  • Review and maintain company documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with internal procedures and ISO requirements.

  • Organize and maintain company filing systems and document registers.

  • Assist in preparing documentation for internal reviews, audits, and compliance requirements.

4. Marketing Collaterals & Corporate Communications

  • Assist in updating company website content, project updates, and corporate announcements.

  • Prepare marketing materials such as company profiles, presentations, and brochures.

  • Support preparation of LinkedIn posts and corporate communication materials.

5. Sustainability & ESG Reporting

  • Support the company's sustainability initiatives through data collection and tracking.

  • Assist in preparing ESG and sustainability reports.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to compile relevant environmental and operational data.

6. Tender & Proposal Administrative Support

  • Assist in compiling administrative documents required for tender submissions.

  • Ensure documentation is properly organized and submission-ready.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather required supporting documents.

7. Ad Hoc Administrative & Operational Support

  • Assist management with special projects, reporting, and operational tasks as required.

  • Provide cross-department support to ensure smooth business operations.
