Contract Period:
- From 20 April 2026 to 19 April 2027 + Optional 1 Year
Working Hours:
- Mondays: 8am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
- Tuesdays to Fridays: 8.00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break
The Services required are set out as follows:
- Handle counter duty, attend to telephone enquiries, parents, students and public enquiries
- Take and submit report on students and staff attendance daily
- Support the efficient and effective running of the General Office
- Receive goods, arranging for storage and informingrelevant parties that goods have arrived
- General administration-related duties eg, collation of data, filing of documents, printing, data entry, etc
- Provide basic support to administer first aid to students
- Any other duties assigned by the reporting officer or school leaders
