We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin/Operations Officer to support our day-to-day office operations.
Main responsibilities include:
. Recruitment (Actively create job postings, refresh expired postings, scheduling interviews, make job offers, and issue employment letters).
. Upkeep of office facilities, utilities, furniture & fittings, office supplies, uniforms & safety apparels, scheduling maintenance services
. Office Reception & Hospitality, Courier/mail services.
. Administer corporate mobile plans and scheduling network printer servicing.
. May participate as a member of the ISO Safety Committee in the role of Safety Officer assist in implementing and monitoring workplace safety protocols.
. Other HR and Admin functions and tasks may be assigned.
Requirements:
. At least 1 year of relevant work experience in office administration, recruitment, travel coordination, or facilities management.
. Certificate in Human Resource or Office Admin Operations.
. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office
. Proficiency in spoken and written English
. Open to part-time work while studying
. Minimum 3 full days per week.
