Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the Motor and Foreign Worker Medical Insurance portfolios by handling daily quotation requests and carrying out monthly renewal assessments accurately and promptly.
- Evaluate, underwrite, and manage risks in line with the Underwriting Guide, relevant Code of Practice, and internal compliance standards.
- Oversee the complete monthly renewal review cycle, including thorough assessment of each policy or account, ensuring all allocated renewals are finalized within the required turnaround times and service standards.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with designated scheme partners, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders while providing professional and high-quality service.
- Review and address discrepancies involving declared No Claim Discount (NCD) and claims experience, including conducting the necessary follow-ups with relevant parties.
- Assist with product review projects and support the implementation of approved updates, including system improvements, brochure revisions, policy wording changes, and deployment to business partners.
- Work closely with the Head of Department and/or Manager to advance divisional goals, including revenue growth and overall profitability.
- Handle other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as directed by management.
EDUCATION / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Diploma holder in any discipline or equivalent
EXPERIENCE & ANY SPECIFIC SKILLS SET REQUIRED
- Minimum 1 years of experience in relevant industry
