Provide administrative support for the sales team (corporate and retail) . Manage company's main email account and respond to email enquiries promptl
. Prepare sales quotations, invoices and other sales-related documents for local and overseas customers, including government / corporate tenders
. Follow up on sales quotations and purchase orders from customers
. Arrange overseas delivery / export for customers - from ensuring that payment is received from the customer in advance, to the preparation of delivery orders / invoices and liaison with courier or forwarder for collection of cargo
. Execute any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities which the Company may assign from time to time at its discretion
