We are seeking an Administration Manager to lead daily office operations and deliver efficient administrative support, ensuring smooth workforce deployment and effective client coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations and supervise administrative staff to ensure operational efficiency
- Organize and process documentation related to manpower deployment and client coordination for accurate record-keeping
- Maintain and update employee records, work permits, timesheets, and company documents to ensure compliance and accessibility
- Communicate with clients to understand manpower requirements and coordinate scheduling effectively
- Collaborate with the operations team to facilitate seamless workforce deployment and resolve administrative issues
- Oversee office supplies management, vendor relationships, and administrative expense tracking to optimize resources
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 1-2 years of administration experience, preferably in manpower supply, construction, or service industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support administrative tasks
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
