Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Admin Manager. The Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, coordinating schedules, managing communication across teams, maintaining organizational processes, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Additional tasks include managing records, optimizing workflows, supporting project management activities, and providing leadership to administrative staff.

KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation

Signed End User Statement (EUS)

On our end, we handle full compliance with BIS/EAR export regulations, including ECCN classification and restricted party screening.

Shipping and logistics are handled either by the seller or our trusted partner companies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
