RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports the organization through the implementation of HR programmes and activities.
- In charge of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy of payroll records in the HR system, and aligns with MOM guidelines, and internal policies and procedures.
- Work closely with HR & Admin Manager to review and revise HR policies, processes in line with company goals.
- Handling recruitment activities including posting of job advertisement, screening of resumes, interview arrangements and selection.
- Full knowledge in handling work passes matters (quota calculation, application, renewal, cancellation etc) Responsible for work pass related matters applications, renewals, cancellations, etc.
- Handle onboarding for new hires and offboarding for resigned employees.
- Responsible for the preparation of letter, including but not limited to Letter of Appointment, Confirmation, etc. Update and maintenance of employee Personal file and information in the HR System.
- Monitor and prepare appraisal form for confirmation, work pass expiration and renewal of the contract. Administer leave benefit and medical reimbursement.
- Placing orders for materils required .
- ACMV related knowledge is an added advantage
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
. Degree in computer related
. Minimum 2 years related experience
. Meticulous and detail-oriented Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Adaptability skills.
. Excellent interpersonal skills.
. Honest, ethical, and dependable.
. Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes.
. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), especially Excel for reporting purpose.
. Knowledge with Infotech and Xero will be an added advantage
