- Prepares invoices, delivery orders, claims etc
- Assist directors with admin needs
- Must be able to use XERO software
- Maintains files and all documents pertaining to projects
- Handle phone calls or email enquiries
- Other ad-hoc admin duties
- Handles coordination with suppliers and clients
- Problem solving mindset
- Willingness to learn and good attitude
- Independent worker and has good initiative
- Background in landscape/construction industry is a bonus
Working hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm)
