Those with experience in administrative role will be a bonus. We are seeking a well-spoken and organized Admin Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and purchasing tasks in a catering company. This is a full-time, back-end desk role, suitable for those who are confident in written and spoken English and comfortable handling basic coordination and administrative work.

Key Responsibilities

Perform data entry and update records

Assist with purchasing and liaise with suppliers

Compare prices and support basic cost checks

Handle paperwork and documentation

Answer phone calls and assist with customer enquiries

Support basic scheduling and coordination

General administrative support as required



Requirements

Diploma holder will be a bonus (any discipline)

Good command of spoken and written English

Able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and suppliers

Basic computer skills (Excel, email, documentation)

Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible

Comfortable working 5.5 days per week

Fresh graduates are welcome
