Human Resources Management
- Day-to-day HR operational function, eg. payroll processing, benefits, statutory claims/survey, insurance, work pass administration, on/off boarding, drafting of HR/employment related letters and timely submission of reports
- Recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
- Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
- Organize training, career and learning development
- Facilitate performance management system/campaign
- Participate in the draft/review and implementation of polices, procedures and program initiatives
Administrative Support
- Handle general office administration tasks, including managing office supplies, equipment, vehicle and facilities.
- Handle office operation related expenses and billing cycles.
- Handle weekly and monthly report
- Organize special functions and social events.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
- Coordinate building and maintenance issues for general repair and update.
- Purchase and maintain the computers, printers and other IT related equipment.
- Provide administrative support to department's manager as and when required.
