Job Summary
You will manage bookkeeping, payment planning and collection, prepare monthly management reports, perform administrative tasks, and handle other ad hoc duties to support smooth office operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and organize filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
- Plan payment schedules and collect payments to support financial management and cash flow
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to management to provide clear financial and operational insights
- Perform administrative tasks to support daily office functions and maintain efficient workflows
- Execute other ad hoc jobs as assigned to meet business needs and support team objectives

- Working hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday
- Work arrangement: Report to office
