Job Description

Job Summary

You will manage bookkeeping, payment planning and collection, prepare monthly management reports, perform administrative tasks, and handle other ad hoc duties to support smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and organize filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
  • Plan payment schedules and collect payments to support financial management and cash flow
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports to management to provide clear financial and operational insights
  • Perform administrative tasks to support daily office functions and maintain efficient workflows
  • Execute other ad hoc jobs as assigned to meet business needs and support team objectives

  • Work location: Paya Lebar Square
  • Working hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday
  • Work arrangement: Report to office
