Administrative Executive (Vendor Management)
My client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support their Vendor Management Team on a 1-year contract. This role involves handling administrative and data management tasks, tracking project KPIs, and supporting seamless coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative and data management tasks for the Vendor Management Team.
- Maintain and update relevant databases (e.g., service referrals/cases, case manager assignments).
- Track the status of pending referrals and flag compliance issues to the Service Management team.
- Follow up with officers for updates on service referrals/cases, including breach alerts, termination requests, and introduction visits.
- Access CRMs (e.g., CaseCentral, GatherSG) to verify referral/case details or extract data for internal tracking and evaluation.
- Support administrative coordination tasks to facilitate outsourced services (e.g., group chat creation).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and willingness to learn other online tools for data management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
