- Company handphones asset management
- Application and renewal of season parking
- Annual renewal of company vehicle motor insurance and road tax
- Update of Directory Lists
- Source for vendors and verification of invoices
- Perform relief duties at reception
Board Secretariat
- Coordination of Board & Committee meetings
- Minutes taking
- Organise Board Induction & Orientation Programmes
- Compilation of annual Board Members Self-Evaluation documents
Corporate Secretariat
- Circulation and compilation of Annual AGM / EGM documents and Directors Resolutions
- Any other duties as and when assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration with at least 2 years relevant working experience
- Good written and verbal communication
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Power Point, Excel, Word and IT savvy
- Able to multi-task and communicate well with people of all levels
- A team player, analytical, meticulous, resourceful, with good interpersonal skills
