Support for administrative operations, including administering employee training, long‑service awards, processing leave and claims and managing corporate card and air travel bills
Driving digitisation initiatives to improve efficiency.
Support for expatriates on international assignments in coordinating employment passes, dependent passes, and handling housing and tenancy agreements.
Support corporate communication. Work closely with managers to implement initiatives driven by HQ, strengthen communication across region
Other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Business or related
3 - 5 years of relevant working experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail.
