Position Summary
The Admin Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role supports employees across departments, particularly in areas such as lunch catering, company transport, access pass administration, onboarding logistics, and general office administration within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administrative matters to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle procurement of office supplies, pantry items, and other administrative necessities.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors on administrative and facilities-related matters.
- Maintain proper filing, documentation, and administrative records.
- Coordinate daily lunch catering for employees, including vendor liaison, ordering, and schedule management.
- Manage company transport arrangements and ad-hoc transport requests.
- Prepare onboarding items for new hires
- Support administrative coordination for company events and meetings where required.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of administrative support experience
- Experience handling vendors, catering and transport coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
