Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Perform general personal & secretarial duties
  • Attend to queries via calls and handling courier services and mails
  • Oversee all administrative tasks such as office maintenance, stationary requisition and managing office assets list
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and other relevant departments
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency in company activities
  • Main point of contact for various vendors such as service providers and office building management
  • Be updated of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
  • Other ad-hoc duties apply

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Adaptable and flexible attitude
  • Meticulous, pro-active and responsive
  • Resourceful with strong organisational and co-ordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word preferred
