Admin Executive
Job Description & Requirements
- Responsible for Billing process, issuance of Delivery Order and Sales Invoices.
- Liaise and coordinate with sales teams on order processing and delivery arrangement. Collaborate with warehouse to ensure timely delivery. Ensure all orders are delivered to customers within the timeframe.
- Issue PO to vendor and follow up on the scheduled delivery
- Manual updates of stock balance in Excel. Coordinate with warehouse team on stock balance.
- Prepare meeting minutes and disseminate to relevant parties.
- Attend to phone calls and email queries.
- Any other duties assigned.
Requirement:
- Alert and responsive to WhatsApp's, WeChat and email
- Must be able to read and write in Chinese to liaise with overseas counterparts
- MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Well versed in MYOB
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Working hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
- 5-day work week
