Oversee end-to-end management of Maintenance Orders (MOs) within the SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) module and SILS
Execute timely opening, closing, and documentation of Maintenance Orders to meet operational deadlines
Process vendor/service provider quotations through digital scanning and distribution to authorized approvers
Maintain a centralized, up-to-date repository of Maintenance Orders to ensure 100% data accuracy and audit readiness
Coordinate cross-functional dispatch of Maintenance Orders & Purchase Orders to field teams and Ship Repairs Managers
Conduct rigorous quality checks on system data entries to uphold data integrity standards (e.g., master data, MO statuses, resource allocations)
Able to support all operations administration requirement and any other ad-hoc administrative duties when assigned
Requirements:
NTC or Diploma in any field
Meticulous in planning and data admin
Experience in using SAP Production Planning is advantageous
Proficient in MS Excel
Effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders, in both verbal and email correspondence
Able to handle ambiguities and uncertainties with operations and clients
Able to work independently and find out information from various parties
Willing to work in Changi
